You’re not a disruptor

Be very skeptical of people who spend all their time running around telling you about how they are disrupting and industry. The easiest tell is they have to tell you rather than their actions speaking for themselves. Watch what people do, keep an eye out for those who are doing something that seems insane rather than just a change in the way current things are done. It only seems insane until it isn’t. Think about sending you kids in some strangers car 20 years ago but Uber is a normal thing. More than that teenagers don’t even care about getting their licenses anymore and would rather have unlimited Uber. That would have seemed insane to me in the 90’s but here we are. .
