Had a discussion with a friend today about not letting other people dictate who you are and the decisions you make. .
I still remember a co-worker of mine throwing me off course with some negativity that affected me for far too long. It was only after going through the fire that I realized it was his lack of self confidence not mine that drove him to judge me. Just wanted to share this story with you so the next time you’re pouring into your own cup you keep at it. Don’t let anyone else tell you who you are.
