Well, we were right. Almost 5 years to the day from the first posts we put out indicating what we were seeing happening to downtown #ldnont it looks like a new city. It still has a ways to go but you can see the opportunity with your own eyes. The narrative in the industry is a lot of locals are getting sticker shock seeing what things are selling for but to outside investors that saw the same thing happen in their cities over the years it just makes sense. .
