Electricity From Plants

It’s Electric! This episode of “Preview of Tomorrow” features Pablo Vidarte, founder and CEO of Bioo, a revolutionary startup based out of Barcelona that generates electricity from plants. Bioo is able to harness the energy produced by plants as they pick up on frequency changes around them and use this as a biological switch to turn on light, sound and even videos. Bioo can also obtain energy from naturally found microorganisms in soil, without adversely affecting its surroundings, providing hope for a greener future.
