For President’s Chapel, Rev. Mike Cavanaugh spoke on leadership with his sermon titled ‘Leading Out of Insecurity.’ Insecure leadership misunderstands the true meaning of leadership. It is not healthy to be insecure when you are in a leadership position. It can cause you to have weak leadership. Secure leadership influences people in a positive way. He explains that secure leadership are those who realize they are raised up by God and are backed up by God.
