In our final chapel of 2017-2018, Rev. Mike Cavanaugh closes our year talking about leadership. He affirms that, “A leader influences people to accomplish a purpose." This is important as you move in life. Leadership is about relationship with people. However, it doesn’t mean that you will be friends with everyone. In fact many times as a leader, you will find tension with people. That’s why it is important as a leader, to not lead people with a fear that they won’t like you. I invite you to hear this powerful message as God speaks to you about leadership.
