President's Chapel 2022-2023 - Rev. Dick Grout - Servant Leadership

Rev. Dick Grout, Worship Director at EBIC, shares with the student body the importance of being servant leaders. He states, “The reason for the success of Starbucks is because the former CEO implemented the concept of servant leadership.” Christians should always look for opportunities to serve instead of looking for a leadership position. Jesus is our great example, as He said in Matthew 20:28, “… the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many.” This is a great message that will change your perspective.
