Your garden is growing. It is full of produce but now what? Did you make a plan for beyond the harvest? Or even the harvest itself? Many of us don't! Today in this episode I am going to share with you how I evolved from a simple plan into a market gardener's plan but also how that taught me  to start making a plan for beyond the harvest. For the harvest so that I can pick a peak and for beyond that with preserving, getting ready to preserve, utilizing what we preserve with meal planning and more.  You and I are going to be answering the question "What is Planning Beyond the Harvest?"
