My Birth Control Journey

My journey with birth control has been one that is like too many others...trying everything under the sun with no success and no support.  Finally, after over a decade, I'm finally getting information and making some long term changes. So in this episode, I detail my period and birth control journey, along with the beginnings of what I've been learning.  Women's reproductive health and health in general has always been something that I've been interested in, and now that passion has been taken to new heights because of my own experience!  So I hope you enjoy my friends!
