Powered by You is a podcast hosted by Zino Khalfaoui where he invites young adults of the RBCK community to discuss the latest hot topics which impact their lives such as health, education, creativity, family life, and physical wellbeing. This podcast will also promote educational programs, city local living, Grenfell Projects Fund and raise awareness and increase civic participation.
 
This episode Zino speaks to two young local people to get their insights of the experience that young adults in RBKC have faced during the Covid-19 pandemic. A three way discussion around how stigma and discrimination can make someone’s mental health problems worse, and delay or stop them getting help. Social isolation, unemployment and cultural differences are all linked to mental health.
