First, if we can't love ourselves, it will be hard for us to truly love anyone else. And second, we show others how to love us by how we love ourselves. As important as this is, many of us have a hard time loving ourselves. This week we will look at the importance of loving ourselves as well as tips on how to love ourselves more.
