Coach Stage Part 5- The 5 Stages of Fathering Well

In this week’s episode of Men’s Power Connect, Osei, Myron and Carlos wrap up their discussion on the Coaching stage. In this week’s episode, the fellas discussed the importance of having “assistant coaches” to help navigate the playbook of fatherhood. Osei also discussed the psychological aspects that a father should consider in this stage with his son(s). The coaching stage begins during the beginning of your child’s high school years through early adulthood.

In this stage, your child will be learning through interdependency and growing through exercises and developing rhythms of consistency and discipline. The supporting scripture is proverbs 5:1-2.
