S1 Ep6 - Rhythm of Life Introduction

At Pomona Valley Church we want to equip people to follow Jesus joyfully and sustainably.  
One way we hope to do that is by providing practical tools that help people follow Jesus in their everyday lives, tools like a Rhythm of Life. In this mini-bonus episode we set the stage for the first iteration of that tool, which is available now on Meredith's blog.
