Loony GOP economics decimated the country. Obama strategists point out the GOP charade. Matthew Dowd on why voting Democratic is a must.

• Loony Economics: Republicans Blame Democrats for the Rise in Chipotle Burrito Prices. It would have been possible for Chipotle to avoid raising its burrito prices by paying its executives less. But Chipotle decided otherwise. Republicans have finally found an issue to run on in next year’s midterm elections. Apparently Dr. Seuss and Mr. Potato Head weren’t gaining enough traction.


• Make no mistake, McConnell is playing Democrats and using the so-called moderate Republicans as tools. Chai Komanduri, an Obama strategist gets it.


• Matthew Dowd is a political pundit and consultant, and author of  “A New Way: Embracing the Paradox as We Lead and Serve.” He is a vocal opponent of Trumpism and the fascist-leaning of a certain sect within the country.
