Chinese COVID reparations, Doctor on new COVID scare, Will Fauci Pay a price for COVID resistance

A WH Reporter asked Jen Psaki a silly question on Chinese COVID reparations. I had not seen this doctor as scared of the current COVID situation. A take on Fauci?

• Jen Psaki had to dispatch another person posing as a reporter in the White House Press Briefing Room on reparations. The reporter should be ashamed of the reparations question. One must feel that the White House press briefing room has become the twilight zone. After all, it does not seem like questions referencing this dimension are being asked.


• I had never seen Doctor Kavita Patel, a doctor who once was a party of the Obama administration, display this level of concern about the COVID Delta variant. Her biggest concern is that a new mutation is coming that may defy the vaccine. Her concern is palpable.


• [CommonDreams.org] If a Vaccine Resistant Covid Strain Develops, Will Dr. Fauci Pay Any Price? The idea that millions of people will needlessly die because our political leaders did not want to jeopardize the profits of the pharmaceutical industry is too horrible to be aired in places like the New York Times, Washington Post, and National Public Radio. This is a very serious question, even if I’m using a bit of clickbait here. I’m not out to get Dr. Fauci, who deserves some sort of Nobel Prize for trying to give straight information to the public, even as Donald Trump was doing everything he could to minimize the pandemic. But there is an important issue of both, our current failings in vaccinating the world, and a system that almost always allows those at the top to escape responsibility for their failures.
