Prosecutable corruption? Rep Greg Smith justifies a 100% pay increase by saying he works “24 hours per day, 7 days a week”. His economic interest state form says he has annual household income exceeding 1 million. He serves several government entities as an employee and has a private company that does business with government entities that receive money from the state/federal government.
