Many people have lost their ability to not only think for themselves, but to discern what God would have them to do! The scripture tells us in Romans 12:2
"Stop imitating the ideals and opinions of the culture around you, but be inwardly transformed by the Holy Spirit through a total reformation of how you think". TPT
God wants us to take our cues from His Spirit that lives within the believer, and not from this world.
