The Banks begin to celebrate Christmas, but Will is underwhelmed by their efforts. Determined to show the Banks how Will Smith celebrates the occasion, Will heads to the mall with Ashley to pick up the decorations. When Will is unimpressed by the decorations, he and Ashley decide to buy their own decorations and show the whole neighbourhood how the Banks celebrate Christmas! The only problem? The rest of the neighbourhood is not sharing the same, bright sentiment that Will is trying convey. With a special appearance from the Boxing Heavyweight Champion of the time, and former President "Ronald Reagan."

One of Phil's biggest clients, Jamison, takes a liking to Will after getting his first hole-in-one with Will as his caddy. He begins to seek financial advice from Will based on some simple coincidences between numbers. Will seems to enjoy the new lifestyle until things stop going Jamison's way. Phil attempts to save the client with Will's help, but to no avail. Can the two find a way to stop Jamison before he loses even more than his mind? Meanwhile, Hilary celebrates her 1st pay check and realizes the sad reality of taxes.
