He played memorable roles such as Quasimodo in The Hunchback of Paris and The Mad Sailor in Dracula, the Musical, but his career took an unexpected turn after a serious accident that kept him away from the stage for more than two years.

Against all odds, Carlos was rediscovered while working as a rideshare driver in Miami, which led him to appear on season 12 of America’s Got Talent, captivating the audience with his voice and story.
