Scout Real Estate Founder Jennifer Nelson welcomes Albert Clark today on Pocket Hours. Albert is a 19-year veteran of the real estate industry and owner of Real Residential, a new venture into business ownership.  

Albert’s background includes years of corporate HR experience as well as time as a mortgage broker. He was drawn to real estate while working as a mortgage broker because he saw agents that weren’t giving their clients the best experience. He knew he could do better.

In this episode, Jennifer and Albert talk about staying consistent and trusting what you know how to do. They agree that it’s important to keep an even keel regardless of the stormy seas the market can sometimes be. No matter what the market is doing, Albert knows to stay in the “now” and stay focused on what he does well. He also shares how he stays motivated in the day-to-day and how important it has been to his business to not get discouraged by the ups and downs.
