I am very honest when I say, I struggle with allowing staff to work from home. 

People can say it is controlling, but there are actually some deeper concerns that I have from a business level.

I had the opportunity to talk with Michelle Rigg about this. She is the General Manager of Rentwest Perth and has really embraced her team working from home.
