Dr. Cleo Foster is a shy but ambitious chemist who stumbles on a life-changing discovery: with the right mix of chemicals she can give herself the ability to control insects with lab-made pheromones. Taking her discovery to the streets of 80’s New York, she starts to dream of ways to use her control of swarms of helpful bugs to make her life better.
