Parcival Placebo was certain that his small town pharmacy was going to be yet another failed business venture in his sad life till an act of desperation causes a sensation in quiet Springfield. Trying to drum up some sales, Parcival sells some customers a fake cure-all, pills that promise big results, but are secretly just sugar. When the people of the town start to experience real results from the dubious miracle pills, Parcival and his wife Helen have to decide if the people of the town should ever find out the truth.
