What’s it like to have to deal with gut issues like stomach-aches, bloating and diarrhea constantly for most of your life… and then suddenly to have them disappear? That would be an amazing change, wouldn’t it? That’s what my guest Winnona experienced after moving to a plant-based diet. Prior to this dietary change, she had been dealing with a whole host of other health problems as well, including a skin condition called hidradenitis suppurativa, as well as high cholesterol and type 2 diabetes.

At the time of this interview, Winnona had been on a plant-based diet for less than 3 months, but she had already experienced numerous positive changes to her health and body as a result. Hear also about her experience on a keto diet for 8 months and how that affected her health-wise. Take a moment to listen to this Guest Interview part 1 and I know you’ll walk away inspired!
