Join me as I reflect on my transformative journey through 2022. New Year's Day sets the stage for a year of introspection and change, as I navigate life without the pressures of a day job and embark on a path of self-discovery.

I share the challenges I faced, including the decision to take down my podcast, Station 19, and confront my addiction to recreational marijuana. This introspective year led me to confront deep-seated traumas and the influence of conspiracy theories in my life.

Traveling throughout the country, and ultimately returning to my childhood home in New York, I began a profound healing process. I discuss the paranoia that plagued me and the realization that some of my beliefs were unfounded, leading to a significant turning point during a Florida conference.

As I left behind the world of conspiracy theories, I embraced the opportunity for genuine healing and personal growth. This episode is a raw and honest account of a year filled with both challenges and liberation, setting the stage for the next phase of my journey.
