Planet Holyrood: Plans for independence, compensation for ex-footballers and council tax hikes on the way?

Humza Yousaf has claimed the SNP will make a a formal demand for an IndyRef2 if the party wins the most seats in Scotland at the next General Election, whilst wealthy Scots are facing council tax hikes of 22.5 per cent as part of a desperate bid to boost town hall finances. Labour MSP for North East Scotland, Michael Marra, has come out in support of reforms to recognise brain injuries in ex-footballers.
