Leadership Isn't About You!

How silly is it to believe that the one leading or is the face of an organization is the key to it's success!

If you truly are a leader, you wouldn't bat an eyelid to affirm that results, long term and sustaining are created by the team, the individuals contributing and doing the work to move the organization ahead.

A leader just has the privilege of leading and representing them. The success of an organization isn’t just about the leader but about the people who work there.
