The terms - equity, equality, diversity, and inclusion have been interchangeably used in modern times. They are the buzzwords in organizational mission and value statements and have influence at the national, state, and local levels.

How much do we really understand what these mean or how they can be achieved? What do they mean to you at your personal level?

We may understand them at some visceral level and may even define them based on our own experiences. Can that be universal?
