Each of us has likes and dislikes, things that we enjoy and are good at and at the same time, things we are not necessarily good at but yet, MUST be done in order to ensure wholesome results.
The traditional advice has been to focus on your weaknesses so you may turn them into strengths as well. Let me tell you, that is a HUGE mistake! In fact, focus on your strengths and excel in those areas while you find help in your areas of weakness. Help from those whose strength it is! You will be well served and enjoy what you do while getting wholesome results!
