In this episode I speak with Carrie Grant M.B.E, broadcaster, presenter and business coach.  We both have personal experience of adoption. I was adopted at birth and she and her husband have adopted a child.  In this deep and fascinating discussion we explore how Carrie pivoted into the role of adopting parent and how this decision has changed her life.
