This week, the boys are joined by German Author and FC Augsburg Academy Coach, Simon Schröttle. Having played for FC Augsburg in his youth he has now transitioned to the role of a coach and has published several books. Simon shares his perspective on the changes in structure with the new inclusion of "FUNiño" within the youth game in Germany and the benefits it will bring to youth players across Germany.
