Joining the boys this week is current Yokohama FC Technical Coach, Lee Hayes. From his playing days in Brazil to occupying multiple roles within the academy at QPR and West Ham, Lee shares his knowledge on the role of an individual coach and the benefits players can have from small group settings. The boys have a great discussion around the importance of mentality, what goes into Lee's sessions at Yokohama FC and what he sees as the biggest difference in football culture between the UK and Japan.
