In this episode we take the plunge in understanding the structure and strategies of a modern day community shop and how she has brought a group of local people together with the common goal of making it easier for people to live an eco-friendlier lifestyle.
 
We get to understand more about food sustainability and how if we all just make small changes in our approach to buying and consuming food, collectively we can make a massive impact on Environmental Sustainability.
