Power strength couple, owners of Conjugate Crossfit and direct lineage and holders of the torch for WestSideBarBell and Louie Simmons,  Shane Sweatt and Laura Phelps-Sweatt joined me for an hour of badassedness!!
  She is the (literally) Strongest Woman in the World, and he is the genius and super coach that took her there.  Still fucking mind blown...wish we could've spoken for hours.....
