Part 1: Dominic Ferris, one of the UK's leading pianists, Steinway artist and Producer: "The theme that runs through everything I do is Story telling. I think whether you're playing a classical piece or a piece of musical theatre, or whether you're singing a song, you're telling a story. I love watching dance and the reasons why are; first of all, I don't know anything about it, so I can't critique it and I can't comment on it. But it's also story telling. The dancer is telling a story through what he or she is doing. I suppose that's the chore of what attracts me to art, it's the story telling, the narrative..."
Dominic also talks about his dad, Roger Ferris, who worked on several Beatles recordings at Abbey Road Studios, mainly around the “Let It Be” era in 1970.
