The first Worldwide Knit in Public Day proved to great hit.

The sun shine on everyone that came along to St Peter’s church armed with their knitting and crochet needles. Their mission. To knit as many poppies as they could to add the many that has already been made.

Not only that, it was also Strawberry Shortbread day. So what a lovely way to spent a Saturday morning.
