Finding the Magic w/Nino Farruggio

In this episode, I have an inspiring talk with Nino Farruggio, author of two yoga books for children. We talk about where she finds inspiration and how yoga helps her tap the magic in her life. Her books are Little Shrimp Wants to do Yoga and Little Shrimp Wants to Meditate. Nino teaches yoga on Long Island and in Manhattan, teaching private, corporate and children’s yoga classes.
