Scaling Success: Hypertension Control at MPCA with the AMA MAP™ Program

The Michigan Primary Care Association (MPCA) recently partnered with the AMA to implement the AMA MAP™ Hypertension Quality Improvement Program at two pilot health centers. After this collaboration resulted in a 6 percent improvement in hypertension control, it’s now expanding to all other MPCA health centers and could even focus on other conditions like diabetes.
