Today's Topic: Please take some time this week to think about the ratio of positive to negative interactions that you have with your adolescent. Research has shown that having a ratio of FIVE or more positive interactions for every ONE negative interaction keeps couples together and makes love last. I believe we can use this research and this awareness to change our relationships with our youth for the better.
