Sifu Dwight Hennings On Bringing People Together Through Events

Sifu Dwight Hennings is the creator of the S3VT : System / Science / Skills Ving Tsun, WSLVT of Toronto, Canada.

He is a regular contributor to the Wing Chun Illustrated Magazine and the organizer and presenter of the WSLVTNA 2017 (Wong Shun Leung Ving Tsun North America) Event taking place from Fri., September 1st to Sun. September 3rd 2017 in Los Angeles, California.

Sifu Hennings was the co-organizer of the Wong Shun Leung Ving Tsun North America event.

The event took place in Los Angeles, in Sifu Gary Lam’s school and from what I could see was a huge success.

I reached out to Sifu Dwight and asked him to share his experience organizing the event and the feedback that he got, because as you may already know, the purpose of this podcast is to bring us closer together as martial artists and as people.

And Events are an awesome way to do so.

I hope to see more Wing Chun, Ving Tsun, Wing Chung etc. schools organize more events where people can come together, share and learn from each-other. 

And I hope this inspires you to think about creating your own event with a medium of growth and constructive cooperation.
