Sifu Chuck O'Neill is the head-instructor and founder of Revolution Wing Chun. He used to work as an engineer and had extensive experience in project management, before he decided to follow his passion and become a full time Wing Chun instructor.

Sifu Chuck is known well known for his instructional videos, but what I loved the most in this interview was the discussion on the difference between what you like, what you want and what you Need and the emphasis on becoming a great leader in order to keep a martial arts school and just enjoy your life.
