This is an utterly unique and surprisingly exciting episode! It's the first time I'm doing a podcast "interview trio" with two awesome and inspirational guys. Jamie is the host of "Optimise me now" podcast and founder of the Bulletproof app, likes kicking people in the face, and has 6 kids (soon 7). Kevin is just a bloke who does stuff and talks about things, and can't really define himself! (Actually he's just about to deliver a TEDx talk about this very soon!).

Listen to this episode to find out:

  • What do two former Tae Kwon Do world champions have to say about martial arts and the most important thing that they got from it.
  •  Authenticity - why I chose to interview Jamie & Kevin instead of Gary Vee and David Hasselhoff.
  • How has Tony Robbins and personal development changed their lives.
  • The personal development events controversy and their addictive atmosphere.

Listen to the second half of the interview on the following episode #026!
