One of the negative patterns that mums fall into is negative self-talk when it comes to food and their bodies. Negative self-talk does not support your health journey, rather it makes you feel worse about yourself, lose motivation, stress out, and stay stuck in a cycle of guilt and shame about feeding yourself and your family.
