Well, you’re in luck because my guest today is a great example of how you can be an intuitive eater despite having a health condition. Lindsay Sarson is a registered holistic nutritionist, Intuitive Eating coach, host of the Intuitive Diabetic Podcast, and type 1 diabetic. She’s passionate about changing the landscape of dieting and diabetes because of her personal struggles with food and her body while living with type 1 diabetes over the past 31 years. Lindsay is also a mum of two beautiful girls, and we chat about how she has been able to practice Intuitive Eating, work through her body image issues and impact her children in the process.
