Have you been hustling HARD in the gym and frustrated because you just aren't seeing the muscle definition in places that you want to see it?
This is VERY COMMON! In fact, it happens to EVERYONE!
Why is this?!
The reason is because we cannot control or target fat loss. You see, in order to see muscle definition, vascularity, or other aesthetic details in the body, you need to burn body fat. The problem is, body fat is burned across the entire body and cannot be targeted. If you do more bicep curls, you won't burn more body fat on your biceps. If you do more crunches, you won't burn more body fat in your midsection.
What DOES work, however, is burning body fat across your whole body by increasing your RMR and hustling to do some level of resistance training (weight lifting) and cardio. The combination of these things, especially the resistance training, WILL burn body fat. Combine a proper lifting routine with a proper nutrition program and you will experience fat loss at a rapid pace, giving you nothing but amazing results.
