Personal Training is NOT Fitness Coaching.


What does a personal trainer do? Walk around a gym floor with you, show you some workouts, correct your form, and send you on your way.


This isn't a BAD thing. But does it unlock your true potential? For most people, the answer is no.


Fitness coaching is different. It's a complete hand-holding through the transformation process. Nutrition, training, accountability, etc, BUT with something else that is massively important: mindset growth.


In this episode, I go WAY in-depth on some of the things that separate a coach from a trainer, and why YOU should put a coach in your life.
