In addition, we get into the human aspect of eating right as it relates to macronutrients. In other words, macros are an amazing way to know what exactly what you are putting in your body, but it may not be 100% sustainable to live and die by the macro number, for sanity's sake. What exactly does happen to your body when you stick to a macro plan for an extended period of time? All this is covered in the show.
