Many people who are successful in fitness have different ways to get motivated or inspired, but one thing is true: they are able to build inspiration from within. They are able to find a source to help start the fire and get the engine going, but once it's going, it's self-sustaining for a long time.
Getting that fire started isn't easy. Just like a real fire, it takes oxygen, a spark, a dry enough environment, and then it needs to be fed once it's burning.
For us, especially with something as never-ending and (at times) difficult, like fitness, inspiration can be very challenging to build. Even when we get started, we can lose inspiration and motivating techniques can lose their potential to continue to deliver results.

I developed these over time, as a natural byproduct of studying myself and the things that de-railed me over time through my fitness journey. I've found that if you do and follow all of these principles every single day, you will win. They are:
