What is Systemizing?
What is the difference between systemizing, a routine, repetition, scheduling, consistency and building habits?
They're all similar, but they are NOT all the same. They are all necessary for building long term fitness success BUT it's not worth overwhelming yourself - instead just focus on one at a time. In this case, we're focused on Systemizing.
Systemizing is what people use to create repeated activities that provide a KNOWN, consistent result over and over again. Without systems, you will learn that trying to keep up day in and day out by "rolling with it" or living "off the cuff", you will be unsuccessful. You will need systems if you want LONG TERM consistency. This includes systems for meal prepping, training programming, morning routines, evening routines, even time with your family (that's right!).
