What is self-love?
Investing in your health physically, emotionally, mentally, financially, etc is hard. It's gritty work, especially at first. BUT it's always worth it in the end.
So, as you're grinding along, how do you reward your efforts to yourself?
Do you reward yourself too much? Too little?
One thing I see a lot is an imbalance between deposits (hard work and effort) and withdrawals (rewarding ourselves with gifts, food, etc).
In this episode, I dive deep into this subject and provide my thoughts on self-love, and how it should be used to give yourself the things you need while also giving yourself the things you want, both with the intent of moving forward towards your fitness goals EVERY day.
